Exhibitor  Guidelines  *

*Each exhibitor must complete the exhibit registration form.

* Exhibitors will be located in a space
designated by representatives of the 75th PAWC.

* The PAWC reserves the right to assign space in order to lessen any conflict of display of product.

*Exhibitors will be provided with a table and 1 chair. Outside tables and chairs are not allowed.

* Exhibitors are not allowed to moved tabled without permission of PAWC staff.

*Exhibitors may set up on Sunday, December 3, 2017 at 1:00 pm.  The exhibit area will close on Tuesday, December 5, 2017 at 5:00 pm  and all items must be removed.

*Space is limited. Pre-registration is required. Please submit payment no later than November 30, 2017.

* Exhibit fee does not include conference registration.

The booth rental fee is $300.
